  • Security Infrastructure: Providing a comprehensive security infrastructure for Special Access Programs (SAP) analysis, detailing compliance with DoDM 5205.07 and DoDI 8510.01, personnel qualifications, facility accreditation, and sensitive material management.
  • Technical Approach: Outlining the technical approach for performing NSCCA on a modernized system, including analysis of emergent vulnerabilities and environmental factors.
  • Program Management: Describing a program management approach for interfacing with government stakeholders and delivering a high-level schedule.
