Quality Assurance & Requirements

This opportunity involves Emergency Acquisition Flexibilities (EAF) and will result in a bilaterally executed award. Contractors must adhere to a robust quality system, specifically ISO-9001, amplified by ISO-10012 or ANSI-Z540.3 with ISO-17025. Key requirements include:

  • Material Certification: Quantitative chemical and mechanical analysis for Nut, Stem Retaining (Item 27A) made from ASTM-B505, Alloy C90300.
  • Testing Certification: Required for visual inspection of each stem retaining nut, all surfaces and threads, per T9074-AS-GIB-010/271 and S9074-AR-GIB-010/278.
