Quality Assurance & Submission
Bidders must maintain a quality system compliant with ISO-9001 (or MIL-I-45208 as an alternate) and related calibration standards. Government Quality Assurance (GQA) will be performed at the source. Certification data, including CDRLs DI-QCIC-81110, DI-MISC-80678, and DI-MISC-81020, must be submitted via Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF) to Portsmouth Naval Shipyard (Ship to N50286, Inspect by N39040, Accept by N39040). Email notification is required to PORT_PTNH_WAWF_NOTIFICATION@NAVY.MIL. No material is to be shipped prior to acceptance. Strict traceability marking (MIL-DTL-1222, MIL-STD-792) and 100% inspection of material verification, traceability, and NDT certifications are mandatory. Waivers, deviations, and Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs) require Contracting Officer approval.
