Scope of Work

- Welding/Brazing: Must comply with S9074-AR-GIB-010A/278, 0900-LP-001-7000, or S9074-AQ-GIB-010/248. Procedures and qualification data require prior approval.
- Traceability & Certification: Complete traceability from material to certification test reports is mandatory. Material certification (DI-MISC-81020) must include quantitative chemical and mechanical analysis. Re-certification is required if material properties are altered during fabrication.
- Marking: Fasteners must be marked per MIL-DTL-1222, with material grade 4140Gr5, and traceability markings applied permanently.

Quality Assurance & Submission

Certification data, including Test Certifications (DI-MISC-80678) and Material Certifications (DI-MISC-81020), must be submitted via Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF) to Portsmouth Naval Shipyard (Ship to N50286, Inspect by N39040, Accept by N39040). No material is to be shipped prior to acceptance.
Evaluation
NAVSUP WSS Mechanicsburg will consider past performance in the evaluation of offers, in accordance with FAR 13.106(a)(2) and DFARS 252.213-7000. This order is issued pursuant to Emergency Acquisition Flexibilities (EAF).
