Additional Notes
For non-Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) items, contractors must have a current NIST SP 800-171 assessment (not more than 3 years old) as detailed in DFARS 252.204-7019. COTS items are exempt but must be identified to the contracting officer. All questions must be submitted via email to naomi.larson@dla.mil. Contractors must obtain a Defense Biometric Identification System (DBIDS) credential for base access, and all deliveries must pass through the base Truck Inspection Station.
