Additional Notes
This requirement is issued pursuant to Emergency Acquisition Flexibilities (EAF) and will result in a DO certified rated order under the Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS). All contractual documents will be issued bilaterally. Certification data must be submitted via Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF) to Portsmouth Naval Shipyard for review and acceptance prior to each shipment. Access to drawings, if included, must be requested on SAM.gov, followed by an email to the listed Point of Contact.
