Eligibility & Requirements
This opportunity is a Total Small Business Set-Aside and is limited to SeaPort-NxG MAC holders only. Offerors must possess a minimum facility clearance of Secret. Compliance with NIST SP 800-171 (a "Basic" assessment not more than 3 years old in SPRS) is mandatory. Additionally, CMMC Level 2 (Self) compliance is required effective November 10, 2025. Interested offerors must register for PIEE accounts to submit proposals. Access to Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) attachments requires a request via SAM.gov and verification of SeaPort-NxG vendor status.
Submission & Evaluation

Technical is more important than Past Performance, and these two factors combined are significantly more important than Cost. Technical evaluation includes approach, management, and personnel. Past Performance will be rated Acceptable/Unacceptable, and Cost proposals will undergo a realism analysis.
