Scope of Work
The Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) outlines requirements for engineering services, including in-service and operational support, engineering and software development, assembly, fabrication, test and evaluation, configuration management, and project management. Supported systems include Mission Configurable Mast (MCM), Signals Research Target Development (SRTD) Mast, Multifunction Modular Mast (MMM), Special Operations Intelligence System (SOIS), SSGN Battle Management Center, RADIANT VALKYRIE Lite (RVL), BUZZER BEATER, ROUGH NEPTUNE, SCORE Unmanned Air Vehicles and Systems (UAV), and Intelligence Information Technology Systems. Work will be performed at NUWCDIVNPT, contractor sites, and other Government/contractor sites. Security requirements involve up to Top Secret (TS) Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) levels.

Personnel performing cyber functions must be trained and qualified per DFARS and maintain appropriate baseline certifications (DOD 8570.01-M).
