Scope of Work
The contractor will provide and maintain 25-45 "smart" snack vending machines (excluding liquids) at NUWCDIVNPT. Machines must be industry standard, equipped with thermal overload protection, firmly anchored, and accept credit cards and dollar bill validators. At least 25% of products must be nationally recognized chocolate products. Energy conservation through LED lights or turned-off bulbs is required. The contractor must supply Braille vending information, provide trained employees meeting security standards, perform maintenance and repairs, conduct monthly preventative maintenance, collect sales receipts, provide monthly reports, and reimburse customers for lost money. A $20.00 cash float for reimbursements is also required.
