Contract Details
This Request for Quotation (RFQ) will result in a multiple-award BPA, with up to three awardees. The authorized limit for the entire 10-year BPA is $240,000.00. The period of performance is from April 1, 2026, through April 1, 2036. Individual field station personnel purchases are limited to $10,000, and BPA calls are limited to $25,000.00.
Set-Aside & Eligibility
This is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The applicable NAICS code is 324199 (All Other Petroleum and Coal Products Manufacturing), with a small business size standard of 950 employees. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be considered for award.
Submission & Evaluation
Award will be made using a Trade-off method, where technical capability and past performance will be considered equally with price. Quotes must be submitted on company letterhead, including unit and total prices for a five-year BPA, the company's UEI Number, and point of contact information.

Additional Notes
Deliveries are expected during normal business hours (7:30 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday-Friday), with exceptions for emergencies, and no deliveries on Federal holidays. Invoices will primarily be processed via Government Purchase Card, or through the Internet Payment Platform (IPP) for BPA Calls made by an authorized Contracting Officer.
