Scope of Work
The contractor will provide all labor, equipment, and materials for the characterization, transportation, treatment, and disposal of non-hazardous and hazardous waste generated by USACE civil works projects and facilities within the Portland District. Services include:
- Transportation of waste samples for characterization.
- Waste characterization and profiling services.
- Transportation of hazardous waste to permitted treatment and disposal facilities.
- Drum replacement and/or over-packing.
- Waste treatment and disposal, prioritizing recycling, reuse, energy recovery, treatment, and landfilling.
- Preparation of all necessary documentation for sampling, shipping, and disposal.
Services will be performed at various USACE facilities in Oregon, including Bonneville, The Dalles, Willamette Valley, Rogue River, The U.S. Moorings, and The John Day Projects.
