Statement of Work (SOW)

To replace an existing shelter with a new, non-permanently set building to house a VHF 1000 watt transmitter with electrical capabilities.

• Construction of a metal siding and metal roof or similar fiberglass structure building, approximately 8 ft wide by 10 ft long, not exceeding 9.5 ft by 11.5 ft, with a minimum 8 ft ceiling.

• Site preparation including planning, power cut-over coordination, disposal of the existing structure, and obtaining necessary permits.

• Foundation work, including inspection and repair of existing foundation, or extension if the new building is larger.

• Installation of security hardware, a sloped roof, a cable bridge support, and one LED exterior lamp with a dusk-to-dawn sensor.

• Technical grounding including a copper ground wire "halo", main and secondary ground bus bars, and a 4" PVC pipe bulkhead pass-through for antenna cables with an external copper ground block.

• Interior layout with a plywood-finished wall for mounting equipment, a 100-amp main electrical panel with at least 16 circuit spaces (including two dedicated 220V 20A breakers), 115 VAC quad outlets, and an LED light fixture. All wiring must meet NEC code.
