Scope of Work
The contractor shall provide one (1) complete OAE Equipment system, including insert phones, headphones, transducers, oscillators, probes, computer (laptop or desktop), printer, software, software licenses, and all other accessories required for auditory brainstem response/otoacoustic emission testing. The equipment must be capable of stand-alone operation, designed for adult use, operate within -20C to +50C, and meet background noise requirements not exceeding 45dBSPL (A weighted). It must assess inner ear function to detect early hearing loss and support hearing conservation. Delivery includes a brief on-site overview and one operator and one service manual in English.

Submission & Evaluation
Quotes must be submitted electronically to the Contracting Officer and Contract Specialist. Files must not be zip files, contain classified data, or use hyperlinks. Evaluation will be based on Lowest Priced, Technically Acceptable (LPTA). Offerors must demonstrate technical capability, include an authorized distributor/reseller letter, lead times, and a complete list of supplies. Pricing must be submitted for each CLIN. Special Requirements
The contractor must be an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) authorized dealer, distributor, or reseller. All equipment must be new and covered by a manufacturer's warranty. The contractor is responsible for providing and updating all software applications, and offering unlimited telephone and email support for software inquiries. Employees must wear visible identification and company uniforms. Parking is the contractor's responsibility, and smoking/possession of weapons are prohibited on premises. Enclosed containers are subject to search.
