Submission & Evaluation

- Proposals: Proposals received within 45 days after the publication date of this synopsis will be considered. Information received will be used to determine if a competitive procurement is feasible.
- Source Approval Request (SAR): Firms not already approved to manufacture this material must submit a SAR. The procurement will not be delayed awaiting SAR approval.
- Applicable Clauses: UID requirements and Buy American Clauses will apply.
