Scope of Work
The anticipated requirement is for nine (9) paralegals and one (1) program manager to support OCC attorneys. Key tasks include:
- Title Review: Analyzing record and non-record title evidence, identifying defects, and drafting legal documents.
- Due Diligence Support: Assisting with boundary, land title, and right-of-way surveys.
- Appraisal Support: Reviewing appraisal reports and assisting with just compensation determination.
- Land Acquisition and Negotiations Support: Drafting acquisition instruments and preparing negotiation documentation.
- Litigation Support: Assisting with eminent domain actions and preparing court documents.
