Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To regularly monitor the health of Puerto Rico Army National Guard (PRARNG) dual-status, federal technicians who are, or may be, exposed to health and safety hazards in their workplaces, and to intervene early to prevent or reduce occupational illness and injury for approximately 150 employees annually.

• Provide non-personal services, labor, materials, supplies, and equipment for Occupational Health Medical Surveillance Examination Services.

• Conduct a single, coordinated 3-day examination event annually for all 150 employees.

• Examinations include physical exams, musculoskeletal assessments, vision tests, baseline/periodic/termination of exposure exams, situational exams, and laboratory testing.

• Services must meet OSHA and NIOSH Standards.

• Contractor personnel must be certified and competent, including Board-eligible or -certified Occupational Medicine Physicians or Licensed Independent Practitioners.
