Evaluation & Submission Requirements

Award will be made to the responsible Offeror whose offer is the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). Offers not deemed technically acceptable will be removed from consideration. Quotes must be submitted in PDF format via email to Monica Wilson (monica.d.wilson@nasa.gov) and must include:
