Scope of Work
The selected vendor will provide 31 gym memberships for the period of February 1, 2026, to December 31, 2026. Key features and facility requirements include:

- Payment Terms: Total membership fee payable in two installments: February 1, 2026, and July 1, 2026. The service provider must guarantee uninterrupted access for DoD personnel, even if payments are delayed up to 30 days.
- Pricing: Local (Mexican) offerors must submit pricing in Mexican Pesos. U.S. firms may submit offers in U.S. Dollars.
Eligibility & Submission
This is a Local Area Set-Aside (Small Purchase). All responsible sources, including local (Mexican) offerors and U.S. firms, may submit a proposal. Registration in the System for Award Management (SAM.gov) is mandatory prior to proposal submission. Electronic responses are permitted.
Evaluation Factors

Technical acceptability includes submission of the Standard Form (SF-18), pricing table, completed Representations and Certifications, information demonstrating the offeror's ability to perform (Project Manager details, business establishment evidence), and past performance (within the last 2 years). All proposals and documents must be in English. The Government intends to award the contract based on the initial offer without discussions.
