This document is a Supplemental Bid Schedule for Solicitation No. W912DQ26QA009, related to the FY25 Sac River Access Roadwork Project. It is intended to assist the Government in evaluating bidder prices. While not contractually binding, bidders should complete this schedule in addition to the CLIN Schedule. The individual supplemental items should align with the prices in the CLIN schedule; the CLIN schedule will take precedence in case of discrepancies.

• CLIN 0001: Pulverization for Reclaimed Asphalt for base, including testing, pulverization, and placement of hot mix asphalt pavement.
• CLIN 0002 (Option): Installation of aggregate shouldering.
• CLIN 0003 (Option): Aggregate Rehabilitation, including removing/replacing parking curbs, grading, and rock overlay for specific locations.
• CLIN 0004 (Option): Osage Bluff Crack Fill, including preparation and installation.
• CLIN 0005 (Option): Osage Bluff Bituminous Surface Treatment, including removing/re-installing parking curbs and applying surface sealant.
• Quantities, units, unit prices, and extended prices are to be filled in by the bidder.

Bidders must use this schedule to provide pricing for various roadwork components. It details specific tasks and quantities for the FY25 Sac River Access Roadwork Project. Bidders should ensure their pricing here aligns with the main CLIN schedule, as the CLIN schedule is the controlling document for evaluation. Solicitation / RFP / RFQ

This solicitation is for road work services on the SAC Access Roads at the Harry S. Truman Project in the Operations Division of the Kansas City District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. The project involves rehabilitation of public use areas, including HMA replacement, aggregate shoulders, aggregate parking lot rehabilitation, and pavement crack filling. This is a full and open competition procurement.

• Base CLIN (0001): Harry S Truman, Sac River Access HMA Replacement. This involves pulverizing existing HMA pavement, spreading, compacting, and placing new HMA pavement. The period of performance is 270 days from Notice to Proceed.

• Option Line Item 0002: Harry S Truman Lake, Sac River Access Road Shouldering. This involves installing aggregate shoulders on the new HMA roadway.

• Option Line Item 0003: Harry S Truman Lake, Sac River Access Aggregate Parking Lot Rehabilitation. This involves removing parking curbs, grading, adding aggregate, and re-installing parking curbs.

• Option Line Item 0004: Harry S Truman Lake, Osage Bluff Pavement Crack Fill. This involves preparation and placement of asphalt crack filler.

• Contract Type: Firm Fixed Price.

• Estimated Price Range: Between $100,000 and $250,000.

• Period of Performance: 270 calendar days from Notice to Proceed for the base CLIN. Option periods are concurrent with the base CLIN and will be exercised at the time of award or within the period of performance, but no later than 90 days before contract expiration.

• Quote Due Date: 09 February 2026, 12:00 PM local time.

• Evaluation Criteria: Offers will be evaluated based on Price, Relative Experience, and Past Performance. Relative Experience and Past Performance, when combined, are more important than price.

• This is a full and open competition procurement.

• SAM.gov Registration: Contractors must be registered in the SAM database at the time a quote is submitted.

• Bid Guarantee: Required if quote exceeds $150,000.

• Site Visit: Scheduled for 22 January 2026, 10:00 am CST. Meeting point: 37.998235, -93.734587.

• Inquiries: Last day to submit inquiries is 02 February 2026, 12 PM local time.

• Buy American Act: Applies to construction materials.

• Bonding Requirements: Performance and Payment Bonds are required if the offer price exceeds $150,000.
