This combined synopsis/solicitation seeks 3D Radar Payload Panels to upgrade the 736th Security Forces Squadron's ODIN Tower System. The panels must increase and enhance detection capabilities for small unmanned aerial systems, vehicles, and personnel. The solution requires integration with the existing ODIN dual camera system for immediate target identification and heightened cybersecurity.

Key Requirements

The radar panels must:

  • Be packaged in hard body transit cases for deployment.
  • Support slew-to-cue integration with the current ODIN dual camera system (fixed thermal lens) for 120-degree field of view (360-degree total coverage) with Range, Azimuth, and Elevation identification.

  • Provide heightened cybersecurity and enable software release updates.

  • Offer a minimum one-year warranty/training support and local in-person training OCONUS within a year of purchase.
