Scope of Work

The contractor shall provide Board Certified Radiology Physician Services remotely to beneficiaries of the VA and the Asheville VAMC. Services must adhere to American College of Radiology (ACR) Practice Parameters and Technical Standards, as well as The Joint Commission (TJC) standards. Key services include interpretation of various radiology exams (e.g., Plain Films, CT, MR, Ultrasound, PET/CT) and timely communication of diagnostic imaging results, including critical findings, in accordance with VA and ACR guidelines. An existing National IT Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) is required. Personnel must be qualified, licensed, credentialed, and privileged according to VHA Directives. Compliance with VA Cyber Security, Privacy, HIPAA, and all applicable laws/regulations is mandatory.

Contract Details

This will be an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a base year and four (4) one-year option periods. The base year is from June 1, 2026, to May 31, 2027. The guaranteed minimum quantity for the base year is 1 read, with an estimated maximum of 5,407 reads. The estimated maximum total quantity over the base and all options is 27,035 reads.

Eligibility & Submission

This acquisition is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside under NAICS Code 621512 (Size Standard: $19 Million). Quotes must be submitted via email to Kathyann.Chase-Moore@va.gov in PDF format by May 8, 2026, 4:00 PM EST. Evaluation will be based on Technical/Management, Past Performance, and Price. Offerors must be registered in SAM. Mandatory forms include certifications for subcontracting limitations (VAAR 852.219-75), conflict of interest, and compliance with the Immigration and Nationality Act. Offerors must acknowledge receipt of all amendments, including the addition of FAR Clause 52.222-90.
