• Services: Painting, data wiring (Cat5/6), electrical work, labor support, truck and driver services, warehouse handling, and furniture design (AutoCAD conceptuals). All items must adhere to the provided Salient Characteristics and are subject to a 4-7 day inspection period.

Submission & Evaluation

• Quote Due Date: April 06, 2026, at 10:00 AM Pacific Time.
• Submission Instructions: Quotes must be fully completed, signed (page 1, boxes 30 a, b, and c), and submitted via email to KIM.VO@DLA.MIL. Submissions must include CAGE CODE/DUNS, company size (small/large), FOB Destination pricing to Bremerton, WA, lead time, manufacturer's name and country, part numbers, manufacturer's specification sheets (not copied/pasted), and a redacted quote/email from the manufacturer/distributor.
• Evaluation: Offers will be evaluated based on price and other factors. A 10 percent price evaluation preference may apply for HUBZone small business concerns unless waived.
• Payment: Invoices and receiving reports are to be submitted electronically via Wide Area WorkFlow (WAWF). Payment is made via Government Purchase Card for amounts under $10,000 and via WAWF for amounts over $15,000.

Additional Notes

Contractors will require a Defense Biometric Identification System (DBIDS) credential for base access. Delivery terms are FOB Destination.
