• Technical Exhibits: Create technical exhibits (floor plan and catalog cut) for furniture to ensure it meets size and location requirements. All sizes are in millimeters (mm).

• Preparation: Break down and store existing furniture on pallets provided by the Government.

• Waste Disposal: Comply with DOD Japan Environmental Governing Standards, Japanese Laws, and OSHA. Submit proof of proper disposition to the Government Technical POC.

• Hazardous Waste: Do not dispose of hazardous waste outside Government control areas. Inform the Government Technical POC of any hazardous wastes.

• Location: Building 487, 2nd Floor SRF building, U.S. Naval Base Sasebo, Japan.
