- Front Desk Operations: In-person coverage, call handling, visitor greeting, interview coordination, personnel list maintenance, mail processing, and managing office supplies and equipment.
- Document Preparation & Handling: Preparing, editing, logging, and managing official correspondence, presentations, and CLASSIFIED GFI. This includes scanning, filing, and records management.
- Data Processing/Timekeeping: Entering, verifying, and retrieving data for reports, and reviewing timekeeping data for accuracy, including leave requests.
- Meeting & Travel Management: Reserving conference rooms, compiling schedules, preparing agendas, drafting travel orders and vouchers in DTS, and tracking approvals.
- Visit Requests: Supporting personnel in coordinating attendance and submitting visit requests in DISS.
