  • Data Processing/Timekeeping: Entering, verifying, and retrieving data for reports, and reviewing timekeeping data for accuracy, including leave requests.
  • Meeting & Travel Management: Reserving conference rooms, compiling schedules, preparing agendas, drafting travel orders and vouchers in DTS, and tracking approvals.
  • Visit Requests: Supporting personnel in coordinating attendance and submitting visit requests in DISS.
