- Data Hosting & Security: Securely hosting acquired data in a FedRAMP High-authorized GovCloud environment, complying with Department of War (DoW) security regulations.
- Data Access & API Development: Developing and maintaining secure data access mechanisms, including a RESTful API, a vendor-supported search-based user interface, and bulk data download capabilities.
- Analytic Support & Reporting: Providing data analysis, interpretation, report generation, dashboard creation, expert identification, and development of analytical products. A maximum of 20% of the award value is for personnel supporting analytics (max 2.0 FTEs), with a critical need for a Senior Data Scientist.
- Growth & Scalability: Providing options for scaling data usage and user numbers.
Key Deliverables (Anticipated)
Based on draft Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs), the contractor will likely be required to submit:
- Monthly Financial Status Reports (CDRL A002)
- Monthly Status Reports (CDRL A002) detailing progress, challenges, and future plans.
- A Quality Control Plan (QCP) (CDRL A005) within 10 business days of award.
- A Program Review (CDRL A004) at the end of the Period of Performance.
- An Overview and Implementation Plan (CDRL A003) at the end of the Period of Performance, detailing the transition from pilot to production analytical capability.
