Scope of Work

The objective is to provide comprehensive support to DPCAP, encompassing the definition of capabilities, data standards, business processes, research, business case development, and implementation efforts. Key areas of support include:

  • Enterprise Procurement Solutions: Supporting DPCAP's role in functional and data requirements for systems like SAM, SAM.gov, Joint Appointment Module (JAM), and Surveillance and Performance Monitoring (SPM).
  • Process Improvement: Enhancing processes for Government Furnished Property (GFP)/Contractor Acquired Property (CAP), Intergovernmental Transactions (IGTs), and Procure-to-Pay (P2P).
  • Intelligence Automation: Identifying candidates for prototyping efforts involving robotics and Artificial Intelligence (AI).
  • Data Strategy & Compliance: Developing and maintaining DoD Procurement Data Strategy implementation scorecards and supporting compliance with FFATA and DATA Acts, as well as the Business Enterprise Architecture (BEA) process.
  • Training & Documentation: Developing DPCAP training aids and updating DoD Procurement Toolbox and Warfighting Acquisition University (DAU.edu) courseware.
