Statement of Work (SOW)

This Statement of Work (SOW) defines the effort required for the purchase, delivery, offloading, and installation of one (1) office trailer for the 76 PMXG at Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma.

• Procure and deliver one new portable office trailer unit.

• Provide offloading and installation services at the designated site (east side of Building 9400).

• Ensure the trailer meets specific dimensions (minimum 65 ft x 30 ft) and interior layout as shown in the provided drawing.

• Trailer Specifications:

  • Four separate office rooms (two at each end).
  • Two bathrooms with hot/cold running water, plumbed to existing sanitary sewer.
  • Kitchenette with sink, plumbed to existing sanitary sewer, with provisions for two refrigerators, ice maker, and coffee maker.
  • Electrical: 100-amp, 240-volt power supply; minimum outlet requirements per room, common area, kitchen, and restrooms; CAT-5 cabling with four outlets per office.
  • Access: ADA compliant stairs, platform, and ramp on the south side, aligned with trailer floor; egress doors facing southward.
  • Furnishings: Laminated countertops, wall-mounted cabinets and shelves, space for microwaves, ice maker, coffee maker, and refrigerators.

  • Provide at least a one-year warranty covering the mobile office.
  • Abide by applicable UFC codes.
  • If using subcontractors, provide proof of performance and payment bonds.

• Delivery and installation within 4-6 weeks after contract award.

• Location: East side of Building 9400, Tinker Air Force Base, OK.

• Work hours: Monday-Friday, 0700-1500, unless otherwise approved.

• Environmental & Safety: Compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, AFI 32-7086, TAFB HWMP, and OC-ALC procedures. Specific requirements for HAZMAT, Safety Data Sheets (SDS), hazardous waste disposal, discharges, and spill reporting.

• Training: Personnel must be trained in RCRA regulations and Foreign Object Damage (FOD) / Dropped Object Prevention (DOP).

• Safety: Adherence to safety and health regulations, including emergency procedures and hazard communication.
