Statement of Work (SOW)

To provide all necessary labor, materials, equipment, and transportation to safely remove a hyperbaric recompression chamber (RCC) and ancillary equipment (AE) from the USCGC Polar Star, located at US Coast Guard Base Seattle, and load it onto a commercial shipping truck for transport.

• Provide a crane with sufficient capacity and reach to lift the RCC (estimated weight 30,000 lbs) and AE from the CGC Polar Star's flight deck to the pier and then onto a commercial shipping truck.

• Supply all necessary personnel, including a certified crane operator and a qualified rigger/signal person.

• Coordinate with the Base Seattle Point of Contact (POC) for timing and location of the offload.

• If the shipping truck is delayed, offload the RCC and AE to a designated area on Pier 46 as directed by the Base Seattle POC.

• Provide a written quote detailing pricing, lifting capacity, labor, and transportation.

• Location: US Coast Guard Base Seattle, 1519 Alaskan Way S., Pier 46, Seattle, WA 98136.

• Primary Performance Date: April 17, 2026.

• Backup Performance Date: April 18, 2026 (if primary date is not feasible).
