To provide all necessary labor, materials, equipment, and transportation to safely remove the hyperbaric recompression chamber (RCC) and ancillary equipment (AE) from the USCGC Polar Star, located at US Coast Guard Base Seattle, and load each onto a commercial shipping truck for transport.

• Provide a crane with sufficient capacity and reach to safely lift the RCC (estimated weight: 30,000 lbs) and AE from the CGC Polar Star's flight deck to the pier and subsequently onto a commercial shipping truck.

• Supply all necessary personnel, including a certified crane operator and a qualified rigger/signal person.

• Coordinate with the Base Seattle Point of Contact (POC) regarding timing and location of the offload.

• If the shipping truck is delayed, offload the RCC and AE to a designated area on Pier 46 as directed by the Base Seattle POC.

• Provide a written quote detailing pricing, lifting capacity, labor, and transportation.

• Crane and Equipment: An all-terrain crane with a nominal capacity of 190 tons, capable of lifting 30,000 lbs from 150 feet is required. The lift will be from the ship's flight deck (10-20 feet above the pier).

• Site Survey: Conducted between 0800-1200 on April 14th, 15th, or 16th, 2026. Coordinate visit with CWO Jason Burke.

• Personnel: Certified crane operator, qualified rigger/signal person, and lift director (if separate) are required for the entire operation.

• Safety: All work must comply with OSHA and USCG safety regulations. Contractor is responsible for site safety and providing required PPE.

• Location: US Coast Guard Base Seattle, 1519 Alaskan Way S., Pier 46, Seattle, WA 98136.

• Site Survey: April 14th, 15th, or 16th, 2026.

• Work Performance: One day in April 2026, selected from April 17th, 18th, 20th, 21st, or 22nd. Preferred dates are April 17th or 18th, 2026. The last possible date is April 22nd, 2026.
