Scope of Work
The requirement is for one (1) TBM Avenger aircraft to be provided for static display. The performer will be responsible for all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, and supervision. All participating aircraft and aircrew must meet FAA guidelines and certification requirements, and aircraft paint schemes must comply with Approved Warbird guidance. Performers are also required to provide a digital press/media kit, a video for local TV, and be available for media interviews.
Period & Place of Performance
The aircraft is required at Offutt AFB, Nebraska, from Friday afternoon, August 7, 2026, through Sunday afternoon, August 9, 2026. Arrival is no later than 12:00 PM CST on August 7, 2026, for check-in and setup, with departure no later than 12:00 PM CST on August 10, 2026.
Government Responsibilities
The Government will provide up to 275 gallons of 100LL aviation fuel and 5 gallons of 120W aviation oil. They will also provide hangar space (subject to availability), aircraft security, crowd control, up to three non-smoking hotel rooms, one automobile with a full tank of gas, and one meal per performer on August 8-9, 2026.
