The purpose is to enhance wetland units and improve drainage. No construction, installation, or construction management services are included; these tasks will be performed by refuge personnel. Materials must be non-corrosive (concrete, plastic, aluminum, or stainless steel; galvanized materials are not acceptable).

Special Requirements & Notes
- A pre-offer site visit is scheduled for April 20, 2026, at 12:00 PM at 7165 W Portage River South Road, Oak Harbor, OH 43449. This visit is required for bidders.
- The contractor must coordinate delivery schedules with the COR, allowing at least 10 business days' notice. Multiple delivery dates may be required.
- Delivery of materials requires a crane of sufficient capacity for unloading.
- The contractor is responsible for repairing any damage to refuge infrastructure during delivery.
