• This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside.

Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To provide catered meal services for soldiers in the Ohio Army National Guard at the Regional Training Institute BLDG 1 DSCC in Columbus, Ohio.

• Provide all personnel, equipment, and materials for catered meal services.

• Services include breakfast (hot buffet-style), lunch (boxed cold lunch), and dinner (hot buffet-style).

• Specific meal components are detailed for each meal type, adhering to Army Recipe Card TM 10-412 standards.

• Contractor shall provide a cyclic menu of at least 15 days.

• Performance will be evaluated against the Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP).

• Contractor shall develop and maintain a Quality Control Plan (QCP).

• Contractor must comply with Combating Trafficking in Persons policy.

• All documents and materials produced are Government-owned.

• Contractor must notify the Contracting Officer (KO) of any Organizational Conflicts of Interest (OCI).
