Submission & Evaluation

Offerors must provide a written statement and/or documentation explaining how they meet the technical evaluation criteria listed in FAR Clause 52.212-2; simple "I CONCUR" statements are insufficient. Offerors must complete Company Information (Name & Address), CAGE Code in Block 17a of SF1449, sign and date blocks 30a-c, insert pricing on Page 3, and complete all "Fill-in" provisions and clauses, especially FAR 52.212-3. Questions must be submitted in writing two days prior to the closing date. Inspection and acceptance will occur at Tinker AFB, OK. An Ombudsman is available for concerns, and the prohibition on covered defense telecommunications equipment applies. A HUBZone small business price evaluation preference may apply.
