Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To install an automatic gate opener on an existing 8' chain link fence at the Deep Fork National Wildlife Refuge (DFNWR) Maintenance Facility in Okmulgee, OK.

• Provide and install a 24VDC High-Traffic Commercial Slide Gate Operator (or equivalent).

• Install a concrete pad for the operator.

• Provide and install safety devices including a reflective photo eye and bump edge.

• Install a plug-in loop detector to prevent the gate from closing on vehicles.

• Provide and install a gooseneck steel pedestal with a stand-alone wireless keypad.

• Provide and install a raised steel pedestal with a fire department emergency access lock box and keys.

• Provide and install a self-contained sensor puck for automatic opening as staff leave, or a wireless Edge Kit Transmitter and Receiver.

• Provide 10x programmable DIP switch single button remotes.

• Contractor is responsible for providing 115 VAC power from the Sentennial building breaker box (approx. 200 feet away).

• Lockout and tag out electrical services.

• Contractor must provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary for installation.

• Contractor must provide a manufacturer's warranty.

• Place of Performance: Deep Fork National Wildlife Refuge Maintenance Facility, 21680 HWY 75, Okmulgee, OK 74447.

• Period of Performance: 14 calendar days.

• Work hours: Monday thru Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, excluding Federal holidays or facility closures.

• Pre-work meeting required.

• Progress meetings will be held on-site.

• Final inspection requires notification to the COR or site POC.

• Work areas must be roped off to alert unauthorized personnel.

• Contractor employees must wear identifying clothing or badges.

• All work must comply with industry standards, federal regulations, and manufacturer specifications.

• Government will provide inspection of deliverables, access to the work site, sanitary facilities, water, and electricity.

• Contractor has material in stock; installation expected within one week.

• Gate must be secured at the end of each business day.

• Work can commence immediately upon approval.
