Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To provide waste collection and removal services for the Wichita Mountains Wildlife Refuge, ensuring clean recreation areas for the visiting public.

• Provide and service metal waste containers (front load, six cubic yard, with automatic locking/release poly-lids; some 4-yard containers specified).

• Remove all collected materials from refuge lands.

• Empty containers on Tuesdays between 8:00 am and 4:30 pm.

• Clean up any waste material spilled during emptying.

• Repair or replace damaged containers within one week of notification.

• Steam clean and paint all containers between December 1st and March 28th annually, and as needed, but not on refuge property.

• Maintain the total number of containers on the refuge.

• Close and lock all gates after leaving a site.
