Scope of Work

- Minimum annual fee to the Government: $5,415.43, based on average gross revenue and the 30-year Treasury bond rate. Applicants must propose a fee as a percentage of adjusted gross revenue.
- Fee Offset: Permit fees may be offset by the value of Government maintenance, reconditioning, renovation, and improvement (MRRI) performed by the permit holder under the Granger-Thye Act.
