Olmsted Locks and Dam Pest Control Services. The Contractor shall furnish all necessary supervision, personnel, materials, supplies, tools, equipment, required to perform all required services at the facility. The Contractor shall establish and maintain interior and exterior monthly, commercial pest control services. Pest control services will target common interior rodents, such as cotton rats, deer mice, house mice, and roof rats. There are three buildings located at the Olmsted Lock Facility, requiring interior and exterior pest control services. These include the lock tower, the maintenance building, and the locks master building. There are two motor vessels and four barges located at the Olmsted fleet, requiring Interior and exterior pest control services. The fleet includes Mv Jackie Lee Anderson, Mv 775, DB Henry, Wicket lifter KEEN, Wicket Lifter LD810, and wash down barge.
