Statement of Work (SOW)

This Statement of Work (SOW) defines the effort required for the purchase, delivery, installation, performance verification, calibration, and training for one (1) Omnis Metrohm Titrator at Tinker Air Force Base, OK.

• Procurement of one (1) Omnis Professional Titrator with specific "Professional" function license, including Liquid Handling (LQH), Calibration (Cal), Monotonic equivalence point titration (MET), Dynamic equivalence point titration (DET), Parallel dosing, and Parallel titration capabilities.

• Provision of associated modules and accessories: two (2) OMNIS dosing modules, three (3) Cylinder units (20mL), one (1) OMNIS Main Module M – WSM, one (1) OMNIS Workstation Module (2T/4P), two (2) Measuring modules (digital), two (2) Rod stirrers (automation), two (2) Stirring propellers (30 mm), two (2) Adapters for PP sample beaker (120 mL), one (1) d-Unitrode, one (1) d-Pt Titrode, two (2) Titration heads (6xNS14/ 3xNS9), five (5) OMNIS sample racks (16 x 120 mL), one (1) MDL cable plug/socket (1 m), two (2) MDL cable plug/sockets (2 m), three (3) El. cables (f.plug-in head Q/Plug P 1.5m), three (3) Dummy panels, one (1) Gripper fingers (43 - 65mm).

• Safety: Compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and instructions regarding environmental protection, occupational safety, and health. Specific compliance with Tinker AFB Supplement to AFI 32-7086, TAFB HWMP, and OC-ALC procedures.

• HAZMAT: Certification of "No HAZMAT" or compliance with HAZMAT management procedures. No storage of chemicals or hazardous material on Tinker AFB.

• Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and Labeling: Submission of SDSs and compliance with OSHA Hazardous Communication Standard.

• Hazardous Waste: Certification of "No Hazardous Waste Generation" or compliance with disposal procedures.

• Discharges: Approval required for any discharges into Tinker's industrial waste treatment plant or sanitary sewer.

• Spills: Immediate reporting of spills to 911 and relevant authorities, followed by a written report.

• Environmental Training: Required for personnel performing duties under this PWS.

• Foreign Object Damage (FOD) and Dropped Object Prevention: Required training and certification for personnel.

• Privately Owned Vehicles (POV): Compliance with AFMAN 31-116 and Tinker AFB 24-302.
