This solicitation is for on-call, as-needed Interventional Cardiologist services for Tripler Army Medical Center (TAMC) in Hawaii. The services are non-personal and are to be provided in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS).

• Provide on-call, as-needed Interventional Cardiologist services.

• Services include on-call hours, telephone consultations, on-site consultations, and performing/interpreting cardiology procedures.

• Specific procedures include, but are not limited to, PTCA, cardiac catheterization, angiography, stent placement, and atherectomy.

• Contract personnel must reside on Oahu, Hawaii.

• Personnel must meet all applicable credentialing and licensing requirements, including Board Certification in Cardiovascular Disease and Interventional Cardiology.

• Must have an average annual caseload of 75 coronary interventional procedures with specific mortality and emergency CABG rates.

• Personnel must comply with all MTF standards, rules, and procedures, including security, health, and immunization requirements.
