Scope of Work
The contractor will provide project management and relocation services for FinCEN's equipment. This includes planning, preparing, packing (e.g., shrink-wrapping electronic equipment, bagging peripherals), loading, moving, unloading, unpacking, and setting up equipment at destination sites. Services encompass moving various office furniture (wooden desks, credenzas, modular furniture like Teknion, Steelcase, Smed, Nello Walls), safes, whiteboards, copiers, shredders, and IT equipment (without disconnection/reconnection). Installers must have experience with specified modular furniture. The requirement also includes providing temperature-controlled temporary storage with barcoding capabilities on an as-needed basis. All personnel must be U.S. Citizens and wear company-branded shirts.
