Scope of Work

• Engine: Minimum 66 kW (90 hp), maximum 80 kW (110 hp), gasoline-powered, 5-door, manual drivetrain, European specifications.
• Interior/Exterior: Basic shade color, standard wheels, fabric upholstery.
• Safety/Security: Power front windows, front and side airbags, ABS brakes, daytime running lights, fog lights, parking assistance with camera and sensors, one spare tire.
• Other Features: Crit'Air 1 sticker compliance, 10" Media Display with smartphone mirroring, manual air conditioning, GPS navigation.
• Garage Information: Offerors must provide the name and address of a garage capable of maintaining the vehicle in Montferrier-sur-Lez or its vicinity.
• Preparation Package (CLIN0002): Includes vehicle cleaning, minimum 10 liters of gasoline, start-up checks, and pre-delivery testing.
• Alternate 1 (CLIN0003): One (1) unleaded hybrid compact car with similar mandatory features.
• All prices must be in Euros and include 20% VAT.

• Required Documents: SF-1449, Section I (Pricing), Section 5 (Representations and Certifications), additional information as required in Section 3, and proof of SAM Registration.
• Evaluation Criteria: Award will be made to the lowest priced, technically acceptable, responsible offeror. Factors include vehicle price, fuel costs, maintenance costs, and possible fleet commonality.
• Eligibility: Contractors must be registered in SAM.gov prior to submitting an offer.
