  • Machine Specifications: X: 72 in., Y: 60 in., Z: 53 in., W: 24 in. axes travel; 60-2,000 rpm spindle speed; 32-capacity automatic tool changer; CAT 50 tool holder.
  • Ancillary Equipment: Coolant system, electrical system (480V, 3-phase, 60Hz), work light, hour meter, standard and additional tooling (e.g., angle head, U-axis head, chip conveyor).
  • Site Preparation: Complete removal of the existing HS6R Haas Boring-Milling Machine, excavation, and installation of a new foundation with secondary containment and epoxy floor.
  • Installation & Rigging: Full responsibility for rigging, installation, anchoring, and leveling of the new equipment.
  • Training: Specialized training for four operators for four consecutive 8-hour workdays.
  • Documentation: Provision of technical data (operation, maintenance, spare parts list), Plan of Action and Milestones (POA&M), and Acceptance Test Plan (ATP).
  • Quality Assurance: Compliance with OSHA, NFPA, NEMA, and ISO standards; contractor responsible for all inspection requirements.
