  • Senior: Possesses comprehensive knowledge, plans and leads major assignments, functions as a technical expert. Generally over 10 years of relevant experience.
  • Subject Matter Expert (SME): Provides technical/management leadership, establishes goals, has domain and expert technical knowledge, may supervise. Qualifications are exceptional and/or highly unique, identified as industry leaders.
