Scope of Work
The contractor shall provide one (1) FTE Board Certified/Board Eligible Hematology/Oncology Physician on-site.
- Location: VA Central California Health Care System, 2615 E. Clinton Ave., Fresno, CA 93703.
- Services: Direct patient care (estimated 90%), including critical/acute care, inpatient management, outpatient clinical services, evaluation, treatment, discharge planning, perioperative care, and potentially dialysis-related services. Administrative duties (estimated 5%) include participation in quality improvement and staff meetings.
- Physician Requirements: Must be Board Certified/Eligible in Hematology/Oncology, possess current, full, and unrestricted licenses in at least one state, certified in BLS and ACLS (or equivalency), technically proficient (English fluency), and undergo credentialing and privileging.
- Work Schedule: One FTE physician on-site daily during regular work hours (Monday-Friday, 8 am to 4:30 pm). No on-call or call-back services outside regular hours.
