Scope of Work
The RN will provide professional nursing care to Native adolescents in a residential drug and alcohol treatment facility. Key responsibilities include utilizing the nursing process, administering medications, observing/recording patient conditions, obtaining patient history, performing assessments, developing/implementing care plans, coordinating with clinical staff, and providing patient/family education. Services are required 40 hours per week, typically Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., excluding Federal holidays. Contractor personnel must possess an active RN license and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. While a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred, candidates with an Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) and equivalent RN experience will be considered.
Contract Details
This is a Firm-Fixed-Price with Economic Price Adjustment (FFP-EPA) contract. The period of performance includes one base year (June 1, 2026 – May 31, 2027) and four one-year option periods, extending through May 31, 2031. The estimated level of effort is 2,080 hours per year for one RN. Medical liability insurance with a minimum of $1,000,000 per occurrence is required. Government-furnished housing is not available.
