One Unit of Articulating Crawler Boom Lift

This is a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for one unit of an articulating crawler boom lift. The U.S. government intends to award a contract/purchase order to the responsible company submitting the lowest price, technically acceptable offer.

• One unit of an articulating crawler boom lift.

• Must meet specific performance and reach criteria, including:

  • Working Height: Not less than 25 meters
  • Platform Height: Not less than 23 meters
  • Horizontal Outreach: Not less than 13 meters
  • Safe Working Load (Lift Capacity): Not less than 230 kg throughout the full range of motion.

• Chassis and Drive System:

  • Articulating Boom Lift with a crawler-based undercarriage.
  • Non-marking rubber tracks.
  • Auto-levelling outriggers.
  • Mobility: Capable of driving while stowed; detachable platform basket.
  • Machine Weight: Not to exceed 5,500 kg.
  • Stowed Dimensions: Width not exceeding 1.0 meter, height not exceeding 2.0 meter.
  • Gradeability: Not less than 28%.
  • Origin/Standard: U.S. origin with authorized distributors and service centers in Thailand.

• Power System: Dual Power Source (Diesel engine and Electric motor).

• Safety Features: Emergency Stop, Load Sensing System, Anti-Entrapment System, Emergency Lowering.

• Delivery within 10 months after Purchase Order (PO) award.

• Service/Repair Maintenance must be at an authorized dealer in Bangkok, Thailand.

• Training: Comprehensive training session (at least 1 working day) on operation, basic maintenance, and safety protocols.

• Documentation: Operating and Maintenance Manuals, Safety Certification.

• Standard Accessories: Safety Helmet, Full-body Safety Harness with lanyard, Weatherproof/Sunproof machine cover.

• Warranty: Minimum 1 year or 1,000 operational hours (general), 5 years on chassis and boom structure (structural).

• Response Time: Technician deployment within 48 hours for inspection in case of equipment failure.

• Type: Firm-fixed price purchase order/contract.

• Prices are in Thai Baht.

• Payment Terms: 30-day credit term.

• Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) Door-to-Door to U.S. Embassy Bangkok.

• Quotations due by April 09, 2026, 16:00 hours (Bangkok time).

• Submissions must be in English.

• Quotations must be submitted electronically to Pinlaorp@state.gov with the subject line: "Quotation Enclosed - RFQ#19TH2026Q0022 - One unit of articulating crawler boom lift."

• Submission format: MS-Word 2007/2010, MS-Excel 2007/2010, or Adobe Acrobat (pdf).

• File size must not exceed 30MB per email; separate emails for larger submissions.

• Required documents for quotation consideration: SF-1449, Section 1 (Pricing), Additional information as required in Section 3, and Proof of SAM Registration.

• Evaluation: Award will be made to the lowest priced, acceptable, responsible quoter.

• Offerors must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) database prior to submission.

• Offeror/quoter must operate an established business with a permanent address and telephone listing in THAILAND only.

• Value Added Tax (VAT) is not applicable.

• Offerors must provide proof of SAM registration (SAM UEI number).

• Offerors must submit all licenses and permits required by local law in Thailand.

• Offerors must submit a Letter of Authorized Dealer in Thailand and Authorized or Certification for Repairing/Service for the vehicle.
