Scope of Work
The contractor will provide services for:
- Implementing OneStream solutions for Financial Closeout, Payroll Management, and Financial Reconciliation.
- Reporting for commitments, obligations, and unliquidated obligations.
- Automating financial closeout and reconciliation processes, including GL entry management.
- Integrating data from external systems (e.g., FFMS, NFC, USCIS transactional systems) and phasing out legacy tools.
- Maintaining system security compliance and Authority to Operate (ATO).
- Providing specialized knowledge transfer to federal staff and supporting user adoption.
- Delivering program and project management using Agile methodologies.
- Collaborating with other integrators responsible for PPBE functions within the same OneStream instance.
- Providing Operations and Maintenance (O&M) support for deployed modules.
Key Requirements & Expertise
Offerors must demonstrate expertise in:
- OneStream software and large-scale implementations for federal agencies.
- Federal financial management and accounting, including Treasury, NFC, and DHS financial systems (FFMS, DHS TIER).
- Ability to provide sufficient staffing with demonstrated OneStream expertise.
- Adherence to Agile development methodologies and USCIS IT system development best practices.
- Personnel requiring appropriate security clearances and qualifications.
