Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

The objective of this IDIQ contract is to support the Office of Naval Research (ONR) in managing and executing Department of Navy (DON) STEM internship programs, outreach initiatives, and digital communication platforms. The goal is to inspire and recruit the next generation of scientists and engineers for the Naval workforce.

• Internship Program Administration: Manage and distribute stipends for several key programs, including the Science and Engineering Apprenticeship Program (SEAP) for high schoolers, the Naval Research Enterprise Internship Program (NREIP) for college students, Naval Horizons, and various short-term internships.

• Website Management: Maintain and secure the Naval STEM Website, which serves as a central clearinghouse for DON STEM opportunities.

• Outreach & Coordination: Support STEM competitions, career fairs, and workshops. This includes the procurement and delivery of outreach materials such as banners, flyers, and promotional items.

• Vulnerability Remediation: Monitor and remediate security vulnerabilities on public-facing websites as reported by the DoD Vulnerability Disclosure Program (VDP).
