Scope of Work
This Request for Quotation (RFQ) seeks a five-star hotel in the Great Kuta Area, Seminyak, or Legian, Bali, certified by the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy (Kemenparekraf). Key deliverables include:
- Venue & Meeting Rooms: Facilities for up to 70 participants from July 7-10, 2026, including a pillar-free main meeting room with space for an interpretation booth, registration desk, and stable utilities/Wi-Fi.
- Food & Beverage: Daily coffee breaks and buffet lunches for 66 people, offering Asian, Western, or mixed cuisine, free-flow water, and special dietary options (Halal/No Pork/No Lard).
- Equipment & Services: Audio-visual system, microphones, podium, basic Wi-Fi, power outlets. Additional items like lapel mics, projectors, and screens may be itemized. Stationery, candy, drinking water, event signage, on-site technical support, banquet staff, and parking are to be included at no extra cost.
- Lodging (CLIN 4): 20 twin-bed standard rooms (double occupancy) and 2 single rooms (single occupancy) for 4 nights, including breakfast, with one single room also including dinner.
- Airport Transportation (CLIN 5): Two pickups and two drop-offs using a 7-seater vehicle.

Eligibility & Notes

- Offerors must demonstrate compliance with FAR 52.240-90 and 52.240-91 regarding covered telecommunications equipment and services.
- Evidence of operating an established business in Indonesia, including licenses and permits, is required.
- The Government will not provide any equipment or materials. Offerors must comply with all applicable Indonesian laws and regulations.
