The contractor will perform a comprehensive overhaul of Goulds Pump Inc. centrifugal pump units (Model 733E015) with Baldor 30 HP motors, restoring them to a condition equal to new. Key requirements include:

  • Disassembly, Inspection, and Overhaul: In accordance with the Overhaul Description and OEM specifications.
  • Parts Replacement: All parts must be replaced with new Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts; substitute parts are not acceptable.
  • Modifications: Conversion of packing glands to mechanical seal assemblies.
  • Finishing: Painting of pump and motor units with specific primer and Silicone Alkyd Enamel Type II, Class 1 finish coat (Federal Standard 595C color 11105).
