Justification
This action is undertaken in accordance with FAR 13.106(b) (Soliciting from a single source) and 10 U.S.C. 2304(C)(1), based on Pyrotech USA. Inc. being the only known source capable of meeting the government's requirements. This notice is NOT a request for quotes.
